David M. Wolfson

BIO
David Martin Wolfson graduated from University of Georgia with a bachelor's degree in Journalism in 1977. He became a member of the Research Faculty at Georgia Tech in the Advanced Technology Department, a high-tech business incubator on Tech's campus. He remained there for several years, maintaining his position before, during, and after graduating from Woodrow Wilson College of Law and becoming licensed to practice. He practiced law with Judges B.J. Smith and Oscar Mitchell in Decatur, Georgia for three years. 

The first firm David joined when he moved to Valdosta was Coleman Kitchens, becoming an associate for partners William H. Kitchens and Wilby C. Coleman.   

David is a loving husband and father to 6 kids. He is passionate about his family, scuba diving, spear fishing, and racquetball. 

He serves as a member of the Lowndes County Sheriff's Search and Recovery Dive Team.

Karl E. Osmus 

BIO
Karl Edward Osmus graduated from Mercer University in 1995  with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a minor in English. He later attended Mercer's  Walter F. George School of Law, graduating with his Juris Doctor in 1999. Before joining this firm, he was an Associate at Emmett Goodman, PC where he honed his skills as a bankruptcy and collection attorney. He is a member of the Middle District of Georgia Bankruptcy Institute. 

Karl is passionate about the Lowndes/Valdosta Community. He serves as board member of the South Georgia Regional Library, board member and President of Friends of the Library,  and a coach for the Miracle League of Valdosta.

Chappell E. Wolfson

BIO
Chappell Elizabeth Wolfson graduated from Appalachian State University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies and a minor in Spanish. She taught as a Montessori teacher for two years before attending the Georgia State University College of Law.  She graduated with her Juris Doctor in 2016 after working for Atlanta firm Gilroy Bailey Trumble. 

Chappell is a fourth-generation Jurist, proudly following in the footsteps of her great-grandfather, Judge Homer Eberhardt, Georgia Court of Appeals, her grandfather, Wilby Compton Coleman, Esq., and her father, David M. Wolfson, Esq., founder of this Firm. She is passionate about children, animals, and her community, volunteering with the Miracle League of Valdosta, the Humane Society, and the Willis L. Miller Library.
